Recruitment process in Softexor is fairly easy and bases on:
- competence tests for technologies and professional knowledge
- friendly atmosphere on an interview that will take not more than one hour
- feedback to candidate
What to start with?
First – send us your application form. That's pretty easy and will not take more than 10 minutes of your time. You will find link to the application form later on this page.
First meeting
When you receive appointment for a meeting, refresh your technology knowledge a bit. You can expect from us that we will make short competence test for a technologies listed in job advertisement that you replied to. We do not look for omnibus people. But simple update on terms and keywords for each technology in question will improve your communication and will make answering much easier. You will feel more confident, and this will have positive impact on interview results.
Job interview
During job interview you can expect:
- short conversation in English
- our interest to get to know you professional qualifications and experience, your personal interests and skill that you've presented in you resume
- ability to get to know more about our company
And one more thing... We encourage you to dress the way you'd like to do when working with us all next days. If suite is your favored wearing - off course we do not mind. If you feel best in something less official – go ahead, do not hesitate. We'd like you to feel well and natural. We are primarily interested in what you bring in your mind.
